The small print
- Weather: if it isn't safe or legal to fly, we rebook at no extra cost. You don't pay until the drone flies.
- Turnaround: standard reports arrive within 48 hours of the flight.
- Video: 4K flight footage is delivered as a private or unlisted YouTube link for easy sharing with boards and contractors, and as a full-quality download.
- Payment: 14-day invoices for business accounts. Homeowners pay on completion.
- Fixed prices apply to typical buildings. Very complex sites, restricted airspace or buildings over 12 storeys may need a site-specific quote, which we confirm in writing before booking.
- Included as standard: CAA-compliant flying, full insurance, a risk assessment, a notice for residents, and the images are yours to keep.
- Pre-acquisition reports are external, visual and confidential. They are not RICS building surveys.
