What this report is, and isn't
It's an external, visual inspection carried out from public airspace, recording what can be seen on the date of the flight. It is not a RICS building survey and doesn't replace one. It tells you whether to go further, and where to point your surveyor.
How we fly
We take off only from land where we have permission, stay within CAA rules, pass over rather than linger, and photograph buildings, not people. If anyone on site asks, we tell them who we are. Your identity as the client stays confidential.
